Dishonest Mechanic - Overcharged, Poor Service, and No Refund - Avoid at all costs

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Du Toits. Not only did they overcharge me for some basic parts (200 - 300% mark up), but they also failed to provide a refund for a part that their supplier never even had in stock! When he initially checked my vehicle, he promised a quick and efficient solution, but after weeks of back-and-forth, my car's issue is still unresolved.

On top of the inflated prices for the parts they did install, they charged me for a part which was essential for the repair, only to find out later that it was out of stock. Despite multiple calls, I have yet to receive a refund for this. The total lack of communication and accountability is shocking.

I’m left feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. Avoid this place at all costs if you value honest service and transparency

Thanks henny im his wife and stop telling lies i Don't now were did he took your money Don't make lies you are taking food form your table and my child mouth we didn't run we are still staying in the same place really do not make his business bad because there are 2 side of a story not 1 but 2 you send us very ugly messages and very bad treaded messages its a year now and you are still going on really get something better to do with you live and Stop with the bad messages really
