I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday and it was completely done and ready for pick up on Monday 13:00. I was happy with the updates. Currently happy with the work done on the vehicle. My power output is back and no longer have engine power failure issues.

Rusnik Motors had extremely disappointing levels of unprofessionalism. I took the car in for a diagnosis and received a quote on how much it would cost to fix the problem and an estimated time by when my vehicle was going to be ready for collection. Russel the owner, started finding several other things that were wrong when he realized what he initially thought was wrong with the vehicle did not fix the problem in the car. Then he started charging us for money parts which were never mentioned before. Weeks went by with no updates, I literally struggled to even reach him to find out how far he was with the car and when we did reach him, he was either always busy or gave a rushed update which almost always indicated info on how the car was far from being ready for collection. The only time things started moving was when I let my father handle the matter himself and literally had to physically show up at his workshop to get updates. He insisted we pay him his labour before he could even finish the job and threatened to charge us for storage if we did not. All in all, a terrible experience and would never recommend taking a vehicle to Rusnik Motors to anyone who is looking for a professional mechanic that knows what they are doing. Rather take your car to the official dealership and have it fixed there to have a peace of mind especially if you are a woman, as my experience with these guys further illustrated how men only get things done when other men are there to put pressure on them and can be extremely dismissive and have a complete disregard for women.

These guys are amazing, and seriously saved our skins after both Motorlube Benmore and Quickfit Killarney had tried to rip us off blind.
