I did not know what was causing the noise. I got there, the car was inspected and i was then told that it is the V Belt and tensioner. The service i received from them was like i was the only customer. Kept updating me on progress (delivery of parts and when exactly i can collect the car. the car was repaired and the noise is gone. Attention to detail and all thanks to Billy
