Said they'd send the tow truck later the afternoon... never pitched, didnt call till now... Reason for rating is not based on their service which I've heard from a friend is excellent... Rating was based on customer service and really letting me down after accepting them as repair partner and then dropping me without even a call... Sorry guys.

Its unfortunate that they were full but they went all out helping me out. Very few mechanics admit that they are full nor honest enough to admit that they don't know how to solve a certain problem.
