Ash motor spares trading as Supertech

My car was at the shop for a month. I was billed several thousand rand which I paid. I took my car back when I realised the mechanic was using it as his personal vehicle. It has subsequently been repaired with the new mechanic verifying that the work that I paid for was not done. Ash Motor Spares refuses to provide me with receipts of the parts of my car that were supposedly replaced.

FRAUDSTER!!!!- Please be careful. He has stolen R 8400 and did not do any work. He kept my car outside the complex where he stayed. 

I am logging a civil and criminal case against him. He is currently residing at Room 17, Semillon Terraces, Carmine Drive, Burgundy Estate, Cape Town.

I have been following many times with him and his wife to repay the money. If anyone interested to share your proof of the incidents against you , i am happy to attache the proof with the legal so that it will be strong case and make sure this guy will taken legally .
