I can hear a loud humming sound when I go certain speeds. My engine is loud but I've never heard this sound before. I also have low profiles so I am not sure if they require bearings regularly. I can't say it's all 4 tyres. Sounds like the right front to me. My car also shakes a bit at the wheel at a certain speed.
