finally got my car with 40 000 extra kms, same problems as they took it! and she owes me over 20k she scammed me!!, also 1 years worth of installment as she drove my car for 1 year! while i was paying for it!,

Hi all, This is just to warn everyone and hope that anyone else will not make the same mistakes as i did. I bought a Fiat in May 2022 and gave it to Marcell and Kerry namely Mac Tech Motors to redo the engine, gearbox and suspension. Because we are in the same business park, I trusted them, even i did not know their backrounds. I paid the parts and repair fees in advance, and they promised to do the job. During this period, Kerry also requested to borrow R29,000 seperately from the money i paid for the vehicle to be fixed due to difficulties in cash flow. She said she would return it the very next day, i transferred it to her within an hour after she requesting me to help. However, it has not been paid back for over a year. The car has now been parked from January 2023 when i finished the body work and after many months of constantly urging them to finish the vehicle and nothing being done. This kind of feeling of being deceived was very uncomfortable for me especially being neighbours in the same complex. I had no choice but to go see a lawyer in September 2023 only to find out from the lawyer their ID numbers and full names are no where to be found, and the company to which the money was transferred was not in their name. Because of their actions and character, I firmly believe that I am not the first to be deceived and I will not be the last to be cheated or fooled by Mac Tech Motors. I booked car and I was happy qoute, car well feched at my home. But first quote did not clear what is cover on service for 95 000 km , There invoice was not provided and there service report not recieved from RMI rated mechanics. What is role of admin than? What if car break😨😨😨😨😨?
